This transient was observed on 2019 07 02.92735 by M.Caimmi from C92 - Valdicerro Observatory, Loreto (AN) Italy using 0.24-m f/6.5 SCT + CCD Atik 314L in the course Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). Stack of 15 unfiltered b2x2 frames x 30sec unguided exposures, show the source 16.3 Mag. End figures for astrometry were AR. 48.77s DEC. 50.0" position measured from UCAC-4 reference stars catalogue.

This is an outburst of dwarf nova V2561 Oph = SN 1999bs = Gaia16azz (variability range 16.1-<22).

AT2019kei possible Outburst - the position of the transient coincides with AT2018gwp

The correct position is AR 18:01:48.7 - DEC +07:00:49.50
