Remarks: This is a slow-rising object with a discovery magnitude close to the survey limit, so individual-epoch nondetections are not meaningful. It shows no history of variability in the survey prior to the initial detection, and there is no catalogued object in PS1 reference imaging at this location. A nearby source in the ZTF reference image is significantly fainter and offset; it may be the host galaxy.
