The transient approximately located at R.A.=00h57m10.19s +62d03'55".9 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 66.6" west and 52.2" north of the center of the TYC 4021-523-1 (star). The variable star candidate on Aug. 22.64928 UT was 17.1 (limiting mag 19.0).
