Remarks: M.Caimmi report the discovery of an apparent outburst of V363 Lyr at 2019 09 20.87191 on image obtained with SC Telescope 0.24-m f/6.5 and CCD Atik 314L (exposure 15 frame x 30sec) from Valdicerro Observatory (C92) - Loreto (AN) Italy, in the course of the Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). The object is located at A.R. = 19h08m51.57s Decl. = +43°00'31.3" show the source at 15.6 Mag. Astrometry with respect to UCAC-4.
