Type: SLSN-I
Redshift: 0.213

Remarks: Blue relatively featureless spectrum, [O III] doublet from host gives z=0.213 and hence absolute mag = -21 from ZTF light curve (with slow rise similar to other SLSNe I). Spectrum does not cover Halpha so in principle could also be an SLSN II. Dwarf host galaxy also consistent with SLSN (I).
