Potential host galaxy: NGC 1334

Remarks: Wei Gao, Ziheng Zhang, Xiaobing Wang, Jianlin Xu, Jingyuan Zhao, Jijun Li, Kun Zhou, Mi Zhang and Xing Gao report the discovery of a possible supernova in NGC 1334. The transient (mag approximately 18.2) on one 40-s survey image (limiting mag about 19.0) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around Oct. 22.95270, 2019, using a unfiltered CCD ( + Celestron C14 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope D=356-mm @f/6.9 ). The new object approximately located at R.A.=03h30m01.23s +41d49'58".1 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 7.6" west and 1.7" north of the center of the NGC 1334. Nothing is visible at this position on archival image taken on Oct. 19.94113, 2019 (limiting mag 19.0). All images can be seen from:http://www.xjltp.com/XOSS/PSP19D/PSP19D.htm.
