Potential host galaxy: M31

Remarks: P.Campaner report the discovery of an apparent nova at 2019 11 06.93709 on image obtained with reflector 0.4m F.5,5 (exposure 5 frame x 75sec) from Ponte di Piave - Italy, in the course of the Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). The new object is located at A.R. =00h42m30.37s Decl. = +41°03'29.5" show the source at 17.2 Mag. Astrometry with respect to NOMAD stars in tne Galaxy M31.
