Wei Gao, Jianlin Xu, Mi Zhang and Xing Gao report/s the discovery of a new astronomical transient.

IAU Designation: AT 2019wdw
Discoverer internal name: PSP19E
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 21:43:32.970 (325.887375) DEC = +46:12:22.20 (46.206167)
Discovery date: 2019-12-07 12:37:34.000 (JD=2458825.026088)

Remarks: Wei Gao, Jianlin Xu, Mi Zhang and Xing Gao, report the possible brightens of the UG variable star [BL2005] J214332.94+461222.2(mag approximately 16.3) on several 40-s survey images (limiting mag about 18.0) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around Dec. 07.52609 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( + 0.6-m f/8 Ritchey-Chretien telescope ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=21h43m32.97s +46d12'22".2 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 48.5" east and 107.6" south of the center of the UGC11800. Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Nov. 01.65792 UT(limiting mag 18.5).
