Mi Zhang and Xing Gao report/s the discovery of a new astronomical transient.

IAU Designation: AT 2019xuw
Discoverer internal name: XM21MZ
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 01:33:13.980 (23.30825) DEC = +30:27:50.30 (30.463972)
Discovery date: 2019-11-30 15:52:52 (JD=2458818.161713)

Potential host galaxy: M33

Remarks: Mi Zhang and Xing Gao, report the discovery of a variable star candidate (mag approximately 20.8) on several 300-s survey images (limiting mag about 21.5) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around Nov. 30.66172 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( + 0.6-m f/8 Ritchey-Chretien telescope ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=01h33m13.98s +30d27'50".3 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 476.4" west and 706.7" south of the center of the NGC598(M33). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Nov. 29.53273 UT(limiting mag 21.5).
