The transient was visible on 2 images (120s exposures), taken by the TAROT Calern telescope on 2020-03-19 at 02h53 UTC, at magnitude 18.5 (Red filter, limiting R mag 19.0). Nothing was visible at this location on previous images taken by the same telescope on 2020-03-16 at 03h08 UTC (limiting R mag 18.5).
