The transient (mag approximately 17.0) on severl 40-s survey images (limiting mag about 19.2) taken by Xing Gao in Xingming Observatory Sky Survey(C42) around Sep. 17.65519 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( + Celestron C14 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope D=356-mm @f/6.9 ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=00h42m47.08s +41d16'00".3 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 31.1" east and 8.2" south of the center of the NGC224(M31). Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Sep 15.68946 (limiting mag 18.8). All images can be seen from: http://www.xjltp.com/XOSS/PSP17D/PSP17D.htm.

The new object is located at A.R. = 06h55m50.64s Decl. = +40°55'51.3" show the source at 18.7 Mag. Astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 stars which is 1.5" South and 2.9" West from the centre of Galaxy PGC2173099. Other images of this object taken in the following nights, lastly confirmed at 2017 09 26.12393 from P.Campaner (ISSP) with reflector 0.4m f/5.5 from Ponte di Piave - Italy

The new object approximately located at R.A.=01h07m33.06s +32d24'30".0 (equinox 2000.0).Which is about 102.6" east and 15.2" south of the center of the NGC 383. Nothing is visible at this position on an archival image taken on Sep 22.75464, 2017 (limiting mag 19.5). Conseil reports the discovery of a possible nova in M31 on 5 images taken with Slooh robotic telescope T2 (17" Corrected Dalh-Kirkham F/6.8, clear filter) on Nov 09th at 23h05 UTC. The transient is at mag 18.5 (UCAC4-V for ref). The Minor Planet Checker reports no asteroid known at this location at this time. The object is very close to AT2016jbx and might be a new outburst of this new recurrent nova

The new object is located at A.R. = 02h 11m 15.36s, Decl. = +37° 29’ 48.3” (equinox 2000.0, astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 catalogue) which is 24 arcsec west and 2 arcsec south of the center of Galaxy NGC 841. Checked Minor Planet Center for asteroids and VSX for variable stars.

The new object approximately located at R.A.=02h29m49.53s +45d46'51".4 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 7.7" east and 18.5" north of the center of the 2MASX J02294877+4546331. Strong nebular emission at the redshift of the host is superimposed on the supernova spectrum. Note that a previous spectroscopic report as 'Galaxy' (ATel #11069) given to this transient was most probably due to a mistake in the coordinates originally uploaded to the TNS.

There was no minor planet at this location. The object is also visible on 6 images taken with the same equipment on 2018-06-02 and on 2018-06-03.
