The new object approximately located at R.A.=02h16m15.55s +28d35'28".7 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 5.9" east and 30.3" south of the center of the NGC 865. The new object approximately located at R.A.=13h48m40.63s +43d25'04".7 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 16.5" east and 20" north of the center of the PGC 48989.
