The spectraum of ASASSN-16cn is that of a normal Type Ia SN ~2-3 weeks after peak brightness.

The helium lines at 588 and 707 nm are clearly observed, with P Cygni minima corresponding to a velocity of ~7000 km/s. The helium line at 668 nm may also be present at the same velocity but blended with narrow H-alpha emission from the host.
