No broad H beta emission is detected. We detect narrow H beta, but its width (FWHM = 300 km/s) is at the resolution of the spectrograph. Along with narrow [O II] and [O III] emission, the H beta is most likely galactic emission and unrelated to the SN.

Using SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007) to do cross-correlation with a library of SN spectra, we find that the spectrum is consistent with a young SN1991T-like Type Ia supernova at phase -6 +/- 2 days and at redshift z=0.072 +/- 0.004.
