Andrew Howell, Curtis McCully, Stefano ValentiLCOGT SN-KPSN IIb0.0091LCOGT SN-KPUsing Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 119) and SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find a good fit to the Type IIb SN 1997dd at maximum light at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z=0.009; Mathewson, Ford, & Buchhorn 1992, ApJS, 81, 413, via NED). The helium lines at 588 and 707 nm are clearly observed, with P Cygni minima corresponding to a velocity of ~7000 km/s. The helium line at 668 nm may also be present at the same velocity but blended with narrow H-alpha emission from the host.

6222016-12-06 12:39:06jlprietoN. Morrell (LCO), B. J. Shappee (Carnegie)ASAS-SNSN Ia1ASAS-SN We report optical spectroscopy (range 370-910 nm) of four supernovae discovered by the All-Sky Automated Survey for Supernovae using the du Pont 2.5-m telescope (+ WFCCD) at Las Campanas Observatory on 2016 Aug. 1-2. We performed a cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024). The spectrum of ASASSN-16ha/AT2016cza is consistent with a Type Ia at +29 days after maximum.

Andrew Howell, Curtis McCully, Stefano ValentiGlobal SN ProjectSN Ia0.0431Global SN ProjectUsing Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190) and SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find good fits to several normal Type Ia SNe around maximum light at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z=0.043; 20032dF...C...0000C, via NED). At the redshift, the absolute magnitude in g-band at the discovery (UTC 2018-11-02 07:12:00) is -18.5, which is consistent with the Ia classification and its phase. We measure a Si II 6355 velocity of -11,000 km/s.
