The object is also visible at the same location with the same telescope at 21h25 UTC (Image available here : https://www.flickr.com/photos/econseil/45618427635 ) and with Slooh robotic UWF telescope (Apochromatic Televue refractor T2, 85mm F/7, focal reducer 0.8x, SBIG ST-10XME) at 20h30 UTC and 21h25 UTC. There was nothing at this location on images taken on 2018-12-28 at 21h15 UTC with the same telescope. There's no known object at this location in TOCP, TNS, AstronomersTelegrams and SIMBAD. No known asteroid either at this location. The object is very close to the location of previous nova M31N 2009-09a, and could be a new outburst of this transient.
